GC Phillips Consulting Ltd has been established by Gerry Phillips, P.Eng, FCIC, B.E., B.Sc., and M.A.Sc.(Chem) to provide leading-edge solutions and innovative services in risk assessment, risk control, and risk management. Gerry has accumulated over thirty-five years experience in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy Industries while working for Dupont of Canada and NOVA Chemicals Corporation, including experience dealing with operations and maintenance. The last 20+ years he has been working in the broad area of Process Safety Management developing Management Systems, Design Solutions, Training Programs, and Risk Assessment Methodologies in support of the employer and the industry in general.
